TOOLS.EXE
        A Collection of Simple Windows Programming Tools

Windows programming can be a tedious business. Windows programmers will agree
that far too much time is spent on tasks like rearranging the size and 
location of windows and controls, searching for files, checking Win.ini for
changes, monitoring .exe file size changes between compilations etc.

Because of this, my intention was to write a series of utilities that made
these little 'low tech' tasks easier, leaving more time for the business
of data structures and algorithims. The result is a collection of utilities
in one .exe file, tools.exe.  They are all available elsewhere I am sure, 
but I thought it would be handy to have them all together in one well
behaved package. Incidently, tools.exe is written in BC++, using the OWL
class library.

Also included is a series of stress testers. These simulate low memory,
disk space and file handle conditions, useful for testing applications.
Note that under conditions of low memory, windows apps will become unstable
and windows may crash, this is expected, not a problem with the stress testers.
The file stress.dll is included, and should be copied to the same directory
as tools.exe, or somewhere in the path.

        winsize - a resizable window that gives you its screen coordinates
